45 Years of Experience Selling San Francisco Real Estate- Experience Counts!
Experience in helping owners comply with the soft story seismic ordinance.
When you are buying real estate in San Francisco it takes education, patience and a Realtor with neighborhood knowledge. If you are looking for a condo in a high rise in Soma or Dogpatch, you are on the wrong website. If you are looking for local knowledge of established neighborhoods, you have found your Realtor.
I started my real estate career in 1975 on Market near the corner of Castro. I've seen many changes in San Francisco real estate since then but in terms of value and location the City in many cases still remains a very block by block neighborhood.
I grew up near Stern Grove in San Francisco and went to St. Ignatius High School. My company, Gordon/Clifford Realty continues to manage and sell many houses or apartments for St. Ignatius classmates. Our clients include St. Ignatius, University of San Francisco and St. Anthony Foundation.
After receiving my broker's license in 1981 I followed up with courses in 1031 exchanges and the formation of general and limited partnerships. My partner at Gordon/Clifford Realty is Beth Krummenacher and we began working together in 1976. i believe she is one of the best and most knowledgeable property managers in San Francisco. Whether buying a house or an apartment building, a basic understanding of the San Francisco Rent Control Laws is essential.
My community involvement has included serving on the Board of the Easter Seal Society, President of the Northern California Epilepsy Foundation, as President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, on the Executive Committee for the California Association of Realtors and as a Regent at St. Ignatius. In 2005 I served as President of the Olympic Club.
We are a small company of 7 people with powerful local knowledge of the real estate market-whether buying or selling, we anticipate a smooth closing process to insure the best for our clients. What lender should you use? What contractor can fix your foundation? Does rent control affect the value of my property? You have questions, we have answers. Give us a call and we can sit down and discuss your real estate needs. firstname.lastname@example.org or 415 474-0700 x122. www.gordonclifford.com.
